Account information such as your name and email address, the property details you add (for example WiFi, check-in instructions, and local tips), and guest messages processed through the assistant. We also collect basic usage and billing information.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, generate AI answers for your guests, process payments, provide support, and keep the Service secure. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, your consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.
4. Sharing and processors
We share data with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting provider, our database provider (Supabase), our payment processor (Stripe), and the AI provider that generates responses. These providers process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
