These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GuestBot AI (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
GuestBot AI provides an AI-powered concierge that answers guest questions about a property on behalf of hosts. We may update, improve, or change features of the Service over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you add and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Free trial
New subscriptions may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin and the payment method on file will be charged. The trial length is shown at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or using it to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
6. Intellectual property
GuestBot AI and its underlying technology are owned by us. You retain ownership of the property content you provide and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or where required by law.
9. Changes and contact
